This World, is the track to come from refuge for the rethinkyourmind project 2013.

rethinkyourmind is a positive creative national mental health project set up to empower people to help change views of mental health for the better.

Selected poems from the project made the lyrics and b side poem to the song and the selected artwork was developed to make the front cover. The track is available for free download from the 7th October 2013.

This world that we share Is
full of wondrous things
And each day is a gift
Enjoy the chances that it brings.
Listen to the music
Of an exultant bird
Or get lost in the wonder
Of the written word.

Dwelling on the bad
an unhealthy way to go
we might miss the good
So many joys we won’t know.

Learn to enjoy the simple things
For they are all around around, around they’re all around
And when we can see the positives in all these things
Happiness will always be found.

Appreciate the scent
Of a dew covered flower
Or sharing your friendship
In someone’s most needing hour;
Listen to the music
Of an exultant bird
